Job Description
- Merencanakan dan mengembangkan strategi penjualan serta inisiatif lokal sesuai arahan manajemen untuk mencapai target bisnis
- Mengevaluasi efektivitas program penjualan dan menyusun rencana perbaikan agar proses bisnis berjalan lebih efisien
- Melakukan market intelligence untuk menganalisis kondisi pasar tren konsumendan aktivitas kompetitor
- Membina melatih serta mendampingi tim sales melalui coaching counseling dan joint visit guna meningkatkan kinerja dan kepemimpinan
- Berkoordinasi lintas fungsi dan menjaga hubungan profesional dengan toko guna memastikan kelancaran operasional penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan
Job Requirement
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan umum, diutamakan Manajemen, Bisnis, atau Pemasaran.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang sales management, lebih disukai di industri FMCG.
- Menguasai sales management, leadership, planning dan analysis, negotiation, communication, cost dan territory management, serta memahami consumer behavior dan product knowledge, dengan orientasi tinggi terhadap hasil (strive for excellence).
