Job Description

  1. Collaborate with Regional Key Account Manager and Trade Marketing to achieve sales targets, drive account growth, and identify new business opportunities.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main contact for all business matters.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure excellent service delivery and develop sales excellence initiatives.

  4. Focus on managing and developing Top 40 MTI Regular Customers to maximize performance and profitability.

  5. Work with Go To Market teams to enhance sales excellence systems and digitalization processes.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales leadership, preferably in FMCG or Modern Trade.

  3. Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships and deliver sales growth.

  4. Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  5. Experience in sales digitalization or process improvement is a strong advantage.
