Job Description

  1. Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM software according to project standards.
  2. Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure consistency and clash-free designs.
  3. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models.
  4. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  5. Perform clash detection and resolve issues through coordination meetings.
  6. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Support the development and implementation of BIM workflows, templates, and libraries.
  8. Generate quantity take-offs and assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from models.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller or similar role.
  3. Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP)
  4. Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
  5. Good communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
