Job Description

  1. Plan and control production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Monitor and manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  3. Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Procurement to ensure smooth production execution and minimize shortages or overstock.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or Mathematics.

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a PPIC Supervisor in beverage or food manufacturing.

  3. Strong multitasking, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  4. Excellent communication skills, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proven experience in team management.
