Job Description

  1. Develop branch work plans to achieve set targets.

  2. Align plans with all operational divisions, including the sales team.

  3. Identify potential issues and resolve branch-level problems.

  4. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

  5. Maintain service levels in line with established standards.

Job Requirement

  1. Candidate own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.

  2. At least 4 years of experience as an Branch Manager, DC Manager  or similar role.

  3. Experienced in leading team.

  4. Excellent analytical skill & communication skill
