Job Description

  1. Memonitor pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan baru untuk entry level staff, non staff, mitra kerja, dan magang di DC.
  2. Melakukan proses rekrutmen untuk entry level staff, non staff, mitra kerja, dan magang sesuai dengan permintaan tertulis yang disetujui oleh DCM dan RDM.
  3. Memastikan proses payroll berjalan sesuai dengan time window yang telah ditentukan.
  4. Memonitor time validation karyawan secara berkala.
  5. Berperan sebagai contact person dalam hubungan dengan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, asuransi kesehatan, dan pihak eksternal terkait lainnya.

Job Requirement

  1. Pendidikan S1 umum, diutamakan dari jurusan Psikologi.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Human Resources (HRD).
  3. Memiliki keterampilan dalam planning, organizing, dan controlling.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan (leadership) yang baik.
  5. Memahami peraturan dan perundangan terkait ketenagakerjaan (SDM).
