Job Description

  1. Memastikan KPL/coverage outlet tercapai (kunjungan, implementasi, follow-up).
  2. Menjaga planogram compliance: penataan, facing, share of shelf sesuai standar.
  3. Kontrol kualitas display (rapi, visible, sesuai program).
  4. Pastikan materi promosi/POP terpasang dan berjalan sesuai campaign.
  5. Cek stok/availability, identifikasi OOS/slow moving, dan follow-up ke Sales/Distributor untuk replenishment.
  6. Sinkronisasi dengan tim Sales terkait prioritas outlet, fokus SKU, kebutuhan display, dan isu eksekusi.
  7. Mengatur jadwal/area tim merchandiser, briefing, coaching, dan monitoring produktivitas serta kualitas kerja.
  8. Laporan rutin hasil kunjungan: planogram, display, promo, availability/OOS, dan progres tim (SPG, Driver, tim Merchandiser dan lain sebagainya).

Job Requirement

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari semua jurusan dengan minimal IPK 3,00 (skala 4,00).
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Koordinator Merchandiser, Koordinator Sales, atau posisi serupa.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman di industri FMCG menjadi nilai tambah.
  4. Memiliki SIM C dan SIM A aktif dan mampu mengendarai motor/mobil dengan transimisi manual.
  5. Bersedia ditempatkan di area Lampung & Lubuk linggau.
