Job Description

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 dari jurusan Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Mekatronika, atau jurusan terkait lainnya dengan minimal IPK 3,00 (skala 4,00).
  2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun ada bidang serupa. Lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar.
  3. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan terorganisir.
  4. Bersedia bekerja sesuai dengan jadwal produksi yang berlaku.

Job Requirement

  1. Memimpin satu lini produksi dan bertanggung jawab atas prosesnya
  2. Mengarahkan anggota tim agar dapat bekerja secara maksimal untuk kebutuhan produksi
  3. Memberikan laporan secara berkala kepada atasan mengenai keberlangsungan produksi sesuai shift yang telah ditentukan
  4. Melakukan troubleshooting serta pemecahan masalah dalam proses produksi.
