Job Description

  1. Memonitor pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan baru untuk entry level staff, non staff, mitra kerja, dan magang di DC.
  2. Melakukan proses rekrutmen untuk entry level staff, non staff, mitra kerja, dan magang sesuai dengan permintaan tertulis yang disetujui oleh DCM dan RDM.
  3. Memastikan proses payroll berjalan sesuai dengan time window yang telah ditentukan.
  4. Memonitor time validation karyawan secara berkala.
  5. Berperan sebagai contact person dalam hubungan dengan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, asuransi kesehatan, dan pihak eksternal terkait lainnya.

Job Requirement

  1. Pendidikan S1 jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen Sumber Daya, atau Hukum dengan minimal IPK 3.20 (dari standar 4.00).
  2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Human Resources (HRD) untuk posisi Head dan minimal 1 tahun untuk Staff.
  3. Memiliki keterampilan dalam planning, organizing, dan controlling.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan (leadership) yang baik untuk posisi Head.
  5. Memahami peraturan dan perundangan terkait ketenagakerjaan (SDM).
  6. Bersedia ditempatkan di area sesuai kebutuhan, terutama Cianjur - Jawa Barat, Labuan - Banten, Jambi, dan Kotabumi - Lampung.
