Job Description

  1. Mengelola seluruh proses invoice dan permohonan pembayaran atas berbagai tagihan yang diterima.
  2. Melakukan proses settlement atas down payment serta memastikan pencatatan berjalan sesuai sistem.
  3. Menerima, memeriksa, dan memproses tagihan dari berbagai sumber.
  4. Menangani permasalahan yang muncul dalam proses invoicing, termasuk ketidaksesuaian PO, tanda terima barang, shipment cost, maupun input dokumen di SAP.
  5. Melakukan pemeriksaan dan pengarsipan dokumen (termasuk PPN Masukan dan jurnal) untuk memastikan kelengkapan administrasi dan pelaporan keuangan perusahaan.

Job Requirement

  1. Pendidikan S1 jurusan Akuntansi
  2. Bersedia di tempatkan di Cakung, Jakarta Timur
  3. Bersedia untuk membantu project selama 12 bulan
