Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, including transaction recording, reconciliation, and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Prepare financial reports for the sister company and perform consolidation with the parent company, including variance analysis between budget and actual results.
- Develop, monitor, and control company budgets ensure cost efficiency and compliance with corporate financial policies.
- Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure effective performance, coordinate with the accounting department of the parent company to align reporting and accounting policies.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- Having over 8 years of working experience as Accounting Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
