Job Description

1. Lead and manage a large accounting team to oversee the full cycle of AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, and General Ledger, ensuring all activities comply with accounting standards and regulations.
2. Monitor and validate all financial data entries and reconciliations within SAP to guarantee high data integrity and accuracy for management reporting.
3. Supervise end-to-end tax compliance (VAT, PPh, etc.) and asset management to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory alignment.
4. Drive the monthly and year-end closing process, providing deep analytical insights into financial performance, especially within the manufacturing context.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2. Having 8 years of experience in Accounting, with a proven track record as an Accounting Manager.
3. Strong leadership experience in managing and developing large teams.
4. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
4. Proficiency in operating SAP is required.
5. Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high attention to detail.
6. In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and tax regulations.
