1. Able to calculate work volume and cost estimates in detail for structural, architectural (finishing), and MEP works.
2. Able to prepare and analyze unit rate calculations (Unit Price Analysis).
3. Able to prepare and review items and quantities in RAB (Cost Estimate) and BoQ (Bill of Quantity) documents.
4. Understands the overall Pre & Post Contract processes and coordinates effectively with internal and external parties.
5. Conducts monitoring of budgets (Cost Reports) and materials.
