Job Description

  1. Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profit targets.
  2. Analyze market trends, category movements, and competitor activities within the premium personal care segment.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partners to expand market penetration.
  4. Manage pricing, promotions, and trade terms to ensure brand profitability
  5. Track and analyze sales performance, distribution coverage, and promotional effectiveness.
  6. Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews with actionable insights.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience.
  3. Proven experience in personal care, skincare, or premium FMCG brands.
  4. Strong business analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
