Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness in the personal care segment.

Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using insights to inform brand initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory, to ensure brand consistency across all channels and product launches.

Plan and manage promotional campaigns, advertising, and digital marketing activities, monitoring performance and optimizing initiatives to achieve brand objectives.

Manage the brand budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on brand performance to senior management.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor's Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- Having over 6 years of working experience as Personal Care Brand Manager
