Job Description

 

  • Analyze Internal Audit findings and identify root causes, risks, and preventive actions.
  • Develop and improve SOPs, policies, and business processes to strengthen internal controls.
  • Initiate and manage improvement projects by collaborating with Business Process Owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project teams, define action plans, and drive improvement initiatives through implementation.
  • Provide risk advisory and conduct risk assessments for new and existing business processes, including pre-launch initiatives.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across Distribution Centers, Warehouses, Manufacturing, and other operational functions.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Process Excellence, Operational Risk, Internal Control, or related areas.
  • Experience in SOP/policy development, process improvement, and risk/control assessment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to drive initiatives without direct authority.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing is preferred.
