Job Description

• Manage and drive execution excellence across e-commerce channels, ensuring all activities are aligned with company standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and track key channel fundamentals, including pricing compliance, POSM implementation, product visibility, and overall in-store/channel execution.
• Manage and monitor New-to-Distribution (NTD) pipeline to support business growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular data tracking and reporting to identify gaps and ensure execution quality across channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth channel operations and timely issue resolution.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and continuously improve channel execution effectiveness.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing e-commerce channels as a Key Account Manager (KAM), Channel Manager, or similar role.
• FMCG background is preferred.
• Strong data management and reporting skills; comfortable working with large volumes of data and performance tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and external partners.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable handling operational and execution-related matters.
• Able to build effective working relationships with various stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
