Job Description

  • Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans to minimize occupational health, safety, and environmental risks.
  • Lead incident investigations and perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, while implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate EHS training, safety campaigns, and awareness programs to strengthen employees' safety knowledge and compliance.
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) and applicable government regulations.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience, preferably in manufacture.
  • Good knowledge of QEHS systems, inspection, investigation, audit process, and reporting.
  • Familiar with ISO standards, especially ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
  • Certified Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker RI), Certified Fire Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Kebakaran) is an added value.
  • Being able to use google apps script is an added value
