Job Description

  1. Coordinate and provide regular task updates to direct supervisors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.
  2. Design and develop creative, innovative digital learning content tailored to organizational learning needs, including interactive modules, infographics, and knowledge management materials.
  3. Manage the end-to-end production process of learning videos, covering pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
  4. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and upload learning materials to the Learning Management System (LMS) to support effective digital learning delivery.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Digital Education, Educational Technology, Multimedia, Communication, or other related majors, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  2. Strong structured thinking skills with the ability to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and engaging digital learning content.
  3. Proficient in video editing, basic graphic design, and interactive module development software, with a good understanding of Moodle-based Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  4. Able to optimize AI tools in learning contexts and possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
