Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints related to products and services in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding order status, delivery tracking, and invoice verification.

Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure customer service tickets are resolved within established service-level timelines, delivering precise and appropriate solutions.

Ensure the achievement of assigned service resolution and performance targets.

Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend actionable plans for service improvement.
Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science, Health Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and data-handling skills.

Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
