Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media regarding infant formula, toddler nutrition, supplements, and related products.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all baby nutrition products, including ingredients, benefits, packaging, labeling, and recommended age groups.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns such as product availability, packaging issues, taste or texture concerns, delivery problems, and general dissatisfaction.
  • Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to provide customer insights and ensure consistent product and brand messaging.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum education of Bachelors degree in Nutrition with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  • Minimum 2 years of  experience as nutritionist/ nutrition consultant 
  • Willing to work in a shifting work schedule
  • Candidates with experience in content creation / marketing are preffered
