Job Description

Collaborate with the Commercial Team (KAM, CCD) to grow key account business and improve service performance.

Oversee order management and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment with minimal out-of-stock impact.

Maintain strong customer relationships through joint business planning and value-added initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams to reduce product returns, quality issues, and bad stock.

Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering major.

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain (preferably FMCG/distribution).

Strong understanding of order management and key account operations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
