Job Description

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and achieve business objectives across online marketplaces and brand-owned channels.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, to ensure effective execution of e-commerce initiatives and a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and overall online business performance.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having experience as e-commerce in beauty industry 1-3 years
