Job Description

  1. Monitor and ensure smooth end-to-end export processes, from sales order input to goods arrival at the destination port.
  2. Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Business Unit Head to ensure export operations run efficiently.
  3. Conduct negotiations with Sales and Supply Chain Management to optimize cost, scheduling, and customer requirements.
  4. Identify potential issues in the export process and provide effective solutions to maintain timely delivery.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in export operations / global export services / international logistics.
  3. Proven experience handling end-to-end export processes, from sales order input, shipment execution, to goods arrival.
  4. Strong coordination skills with Sales, SCM, forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
