Job Description

  1. Review outgoing cash mutations and perform settlement of payment transactions to vendors accurately
  2. Review and input incoming cash mutations/payments from customers accurately
  3. Review and input other transactions such as bank administration fees, giro service charges, and others accurately
  4. During monthly closing, recheck and reconcile bank statements with the SAP system to ensure all transactions have been properly recorded and journalized
  5. Assist supervisors in recording and depositing customer checks/giro received from the cashier receipt section to the bank

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or other related fields
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Administrative functions, preferably in handling bank reconciliation and transaction settlements
  3. Strong understanding of financial transactions, cash flow monitoring, and bookkeeping processes
  4. Familiar with accounting systems such as SAP and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  5. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work with high precision in processing financial data and transactions
