Job Description

  • Conduct daily checks to ensure truck readiness and overall condition
  • Coordinate with the outsourcing vendor’s field coordinator to monitor driver availability, attendance, and operational requirements.
  • Manage order dispatching by assigning daily orders to drivers based on operational priorities.
  • Handle vehicle handover to users or dealers, and be capable of driving trucks with basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must own a Bachelor Degree in any Major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00) from a reputable university.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Fleet Dispatcher Coordinator, Supervisor Transport, or similar role.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word/Computer Literacy.
  •  Willing to be placed in Palembang.
