Job Description

Define and lead the yearly commercial and category planning, aligning with overall business and channel strategies.

Execute all promotion and commercial plans, ensuring strong coordination with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Review and evaluate category performance, identifying insights and opportunities for growth and optimization.

Lead forecasting for existing products and NPD (New Product Development) to ensure effective demand planning and launch readiness.

Manage budget allocation and spending efficiency to maximize category ROI and profitability.
Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering major.

Minimum 10 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or commercial planning (preferably in FMCG).

Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, promotion evaluation, and category data analysis.

Proven ability to translate insights into actionable category and trade strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
