Job Description

  1. Design HVAC, ducting, and piping systems in compliance with technical specifications and applicable regulations.
  2. Calculate static pressure drop and determine appropriate equipment capacity.
  3. Perform cooling and heat load calculations using software such as DAIKIN BIM or equivalent. 
  4. Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  5. Develop Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and technical specifications for procurement needs.
  6. Manage and monitor project execution from design to installation stages.
  7. Conduct testing, commissioning, and system performance evaluation to ensure compliance with specifications.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, or project management.
  3. Proficient in design and calculation software such as DAIKIN BIM or similar tools, including static pressure drop analysis.
  4. Skilled in using AutoCAD and Revit for system design and documentation.
  5. Experienced in managing projects and coordinating with multiple contractors.
  6. Strong technical and theoretical background with practical troubleshooting skills.
  7. Familiar with Daikin products and systems.
  8. Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Good understanding of project management principles.
