Job Description
- Identify, analyze, and provide initial recommendations on legal and employment issues across Distribution Centers and group subsidiaries.
- Handle and execute strategic actions for labor, civil, and criminal cases, as well as external relations with government institutions, unions, communities, and third parties.
- Prepare and review legal documents including agreements, settlement letters, demand letters, and asset handover documentation to support dispute resolution and legal processes.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from the Law major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer, preferably having experience in a Lawfirm.
- Have an active Advocate License (PERADI) and be able to create trial documents, and be able to coordinate with third parties in dealing with legal situations
