Job Description
- Act as Technical & Regulatory Supervisor (PJT)
- Manage & Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures continuously align with ISO standards (9001/14001/45001), Cosmetic GMP, Household GMP, and the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH).
- Participate actively in internal and external audit processes, prepare all required compliance documentation, and serve as facilitator during audits
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (priority for Industrial Major).
- Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00. Experience (minimum 1 year) in Management Systems such as ISO, Cosmetic GMP, Household GMP, SJPH, etc
- Hold an active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) not currently being used at another facility.
- Possession of a Technical Supervisor (PJT)/Halal Supervisor/ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 training certificate is a plus.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite/Workspace products, e.g., Google Apps Script.
