Job Decsription :
- Manage the entire recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment.
- Develop and distribute engaging recruitment materials across multiple channels.
- Represent the company at industry events to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and reporting
Requirement :
- Candidates must own at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment are preferred or candidate with 1-2 years experience in recruitment
- Having an understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in mass hiring,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
