Job Description

  1. Understanding potential hazards in maintenance activities and taking necessary preventive actions (use of PPE, special tools, etc.), as well as ensuring vendor activities comply with company standards.

  2. Implementing and monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance, including abnormality repairs, breakdown handling, scheduled maintenance, and overhauls in the Finishing Line area, while coordinating with the Production team and confirming completed repairs.

  3. Applying proper energy isolation using LOTO during machine repair or off-planning activities and providing technical recommendations to the Production (AM) team as AM Support.

  4. Actively participating in Breakdown Analysis (BDA), including evidence collection, root cause analysis, and implementation of countermeasures.

Job Requirement

  1. Having minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field with GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00)

  2. Has at least 1 year of experience as a maintenance staff.

  3. Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta
