Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) spare parts, from receiving purchase requests, sourcing potential vendors, evaluating quotations, to supporting contract finalization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and compare suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery, and commercial terms to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure sourcing activities are completed within the required timeline.
  • Prepare procurement documents, maintain vendor records, and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support supplier relationship management and handle ad hoc procurement activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work on-site in Tipar Cakung.
