Job Description

  • Prepare and process procurement-related agreements and documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.

  • Monitor the payment process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely release in line with company procedures.

  • Track delivery schedules and verify that goods or services are received on time, in the correct quantity, and according to purchase specifications.

Job Requirement

  1. Candidate must own at least Bachelor's Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
  2. Having over 3 years of working experience as Procurement
  3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
