Job Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, price comparison, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and contract execution to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, competitiveness, and reliable supply.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and ensure procurement activities align with business needs.
• Oversee order fulfillment, delivery progress, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor invoice processing and payment status by coordinating with the Finance team to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain procurement documentation, vendor database, and purchasing records in SAP while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply continuity.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience on Procurement/Purchasing fields
• Preferably familiar with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Willing to be placed in Tipar Cakung, North Jakarta.
