Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end operational purchasing activities for direct materials, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, production planning, and internal stakeholders to monitor delivery schedules, material availability, and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely invoice processing and payment, while maintaining accurate purchasing documentation and records.
  • Monitor purchase order execution, follow up on outstanding deliveries, and support the resolution of discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or delivery.
  • Handle day-to-day purchasing operations and provide ad hoc procurement support to ensure smooth supply chain and business operations.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling direct materials or manufacturing procurement is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Willing to work on-site in Tipar Cakung.
