- Improve product and packaging to meet consumer expectations and drive brand development.
- Build and increase brand awareness through promotion and channel communication such as advertising, digital marketing, co branding events, and sponsorship.
- Establish product distribution strategy that aligns with Category Manager.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- At least 5 years of working experience in Brand Management and related marketing field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in team development and leadership is preferred.
