Job Description

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Elektro dan Teknik Mesin dengan IPK minimal 3.00 (skala 4.00)
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang bidang sejenis
  3. Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik
  4. Memiliki kemampuan menerapkan professional maintenance di area kerjanya.
  5. Bersedia bekerja sesuai dengan jadwal produksi yang berlaku

Job Requirement

  1. Melakukan supervisi dan monitoring tindakan corrective dan preventive maintenance yang meliputi perbaikan abnormality, breakdown serta maintenance terjadwal termasuk overhaul pada seluruh peralatan/mesin produksi dan peralatan pendukung yang ada.
  2. Berkoordinasi dengan tim Produksi dalam melakukan tindakan corrective dan preventive maintenance pada seluruh peralatan/mesin produksi dan peralatan pendukung.
  3. Melakukan evaluasi dan review atas hasil kerja dan efektivitas Man Power yang telah dilakukan oleh timnya.
  4. Melakukan validasi atas pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh tim Maintenance.
