Job Description

  1. Develop and execute regional promotion strategies aligned with national marketing and sales objectives.

  2. Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure on-time and effective promotional implementation in all channels.

  3. Monitor and evaluate promotion performance, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement.

  4. Manage regional promotional budgets, materials, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency.

  5. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support future promotional planning and decision-making.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major. 

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or promotional management (preferably in FMCG).

  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating promotion effectiveness and ROI.

  4. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.

  5. Willingness to travel frequently across regions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
