Job Description

  • Develop and optimize liquid product formulations, particularly for Personal Care products.

  • Conduct research, formulation trials, and product mixing to support product development and innovation.

  • Participate in New Product Development (NPD) activities, including formulation development, product trials, and evaluation.

  • Investigate formulation-related issues and identify effective solutions to ensure product quality and performance.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to support product development and ensure successful implementation.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  2. Hands-on experience in formulation development, preferably in Personal Care, Home Care, or Air Care, with an openness to exploring and developing products across various categories. 

  3. Experience in formulation research, product mixing, and product development.

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate formulation-related issues and identify root causes.

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

  6. Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, scientific curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic working environment.

  7. Willing to be placed in Tipar Cakung, Jakarta.
