Job Description

  • Develop and optimize formulations for Home & Air Care products from concept to commercialization.

  • Conduct lab trials, stability testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product quality and compliance.

  • Analyze and resolve formulation issues using a structured, data-driven approach.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Production) to support product launches.

  • Present technical findings and development updates clearly to stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.

  • Experience in formulation development, preferably in Home & Air Care category.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in troubleshooting formulation challenges.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Resilient, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
