Job Description

1. Configure and customize SAP SD modules based on business requirements, ensuring optimal system functionality.
2. Participate in SAP SD implementation projects and system upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3. Provide ongoing support to SAP SD end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize user experience.
4. Work on SAP SD data migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems, including TM Module.
5. Develop and maintain SAP SD reports, queries, and analytics.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP SD configurations, processes, and user guides.
7. Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams on SAP SD functionality, best practices, and system updates.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Industrial Engineering or equivalent with minimum a GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00). 
2. Minimum 3 years experience in SAP SD
3. Involvement in full cycle implementation (min. 2 full cycles)
4. Skill of basic configuration / functional support of ECC and SAP S/4HANA
5. Familiar with BAPI, BADI, and cross-function integration to Web or Mobile Apps.
6. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
