Job Description

1. Mengembangkan dan memastikan desain selaras dengan Kepribadian & DNA Brand serta memenuhi prinsip dasar dan estetika desain.
2, Membuat dan menyesuaikan berbagai materi desain (2D/3D), termasuk Key Visual dan kemasan, dengan konsistensi di semua media.
3. Menghasilkan desain untuk kebutuhan Packaging / BTL yang sesuai brand guideline, target konsumen, dan standar teknis cetak.
4. Menjaga kualitas eksekusi kreatif akhir agar selalu memenuhi standar tinggi dan selesai tepat waktu.
5. Mengelola serta mengorganisir database desain secara rapi dan terstruktur.

Job Requirement

1. Pendidikan S1 jurusan Visual Communication Design
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun sebagai Senior Creative Designer / Senior Graphic Designer / Senior Packaging Designer di brand/advertising agency.
3. Memiliki kreativitas yang kuat serta pemahaman mendalam tentang Visual Design Fundamentals (Layout, Colours, Balance, Composition, Typography, etc.)
4. Memiliki pengetahuan dalam menyiapkan Final Artwork agar sesuai dengan prosedur standar produksi cetak.
5. Berpengalaman menggunakan perangkat lunak desain seperti InDesign, Photoshop, dan Illustrator.
