Job Description

  1. Source, evaluate, and manage local vendors and suppliers for construction projects.
  2. Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for construction materials and services.
  3. Prepare and analyze Unit Price Analysis (AHS) to support project budgeting and cost estimation.
  4. Develop cost estimates and budgets for construction projects based on project requirements and specifications.
  5. Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and other stakeholders to support procurement and project execution activities.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction procurement, quantity surveying, cost estimation, or a related area.
  3. Familiarity with Unit Price Analysis (AHS), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and construction cost estimation.
  4. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
