Job Description

1. Manage and analyze fragrance testing data, including stability tests, functional tests, and evaluation results to support reporting, KPI monitoring, and presentations.
2. Coordinate fragrance evaluation activities, including test scheduling, sample preparation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Maintain fragrance-related documentation and systems, including product records, approval documents, and data updates to ensure accuracy and traceability.
4. Support continuous improvement initiatives by preparing training materials, reports, and other administrative documents related to fragrance development activities.
5. Ensure compliance with internal standards by supporting 5R implementation, participating in internal audits, and following up on improvement actions.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Consumer Goods or Perfume industry.
3. Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing data and reports.
