Job Description

1. Install, configure and distribute hardware and software
2. Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem and providing timely and accurate customer feedback through a series of actions to resolve a problem
3. Support the roll-out of new applications
4. Support the new area roll-out
5. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
6. Test and evaluate new technologies
7. Administer hardware and software asset management
8. Identify network vulnerabilities and implement a comprehensive security plan to manage risk and make risk-based IT decisions.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Information, Information Systems, or a related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
2. At least 1 year of working experience in IT operations.
3. Proficient in problem-solving techniques.
4. Familiarity with distributed processing operations, procedures, and equipment.
   
5. Competent in microcomputer software applications and hardware configuration.
   
6. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, to convey ideas and concepts to users.
