Job Description

  1. Memantau dan memastikan kelancaran proses ekspor secara end-to-end, mulai dari input sales order hingga barang tiba.
  2. Berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan tim Sales, Supply Chain Management, dan Business Unit Head untuk memastikan operasional ekspor berjalan efektif dan efisien.
  3. Melakukan negosiasi dengan tim Sales dan Supply Chain Management untuk mengoptimalkan biaya, penjadwalan, serta pemenuhan kebutuhan pelanggan.
  4. Mengidentifikasi potensi kendala dalam proses ekspor serta memberikan solusi yang efektif untuk menjaga ketepatan waktu pengiriman.

Job Requirement

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Logistik, Bisnis Internasional, Supply Chain Management, atau jurusan terkait.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang operasional ekspor / global export services / logistik internasional.
  3. Berpengalaman menangani proses ekspor end-to-end, mulai dari input sales order, pelaksanaan pengiriman, hingga barang tiba di pelabuhan tujuan.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi yang kuat dengan tim Sales, SCM, forwarder, serta stakeholder internal lainnya.
