- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Align trade marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy.
- Plan and implement effective promotions, merchandising, and in-store activities.
- Optimize product placement and display strategies to drive sales.
- Manage trade marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Track and report on ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the trade marketing team to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Ensure trade marketing practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Marketing or Business Studies or related from a reputable University.
- With minimum of 10 years of experience in a well-recognized FMCG company, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in in trade marketing managerial role. (Currently heading total trade marketing team will be an added advantage).
- Has strong strategic acumen and ability to envision broader perspective while leading a strong trade marketing team.
- Communicate and collaborate well, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners with track record in delivering results driving business growth.
- Written & verbal communication in English is a must, conversant in other languages is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & presentation skill.
- Strong business acumen, able to develop plan, set budget, create functional SOP and operate within respective guideline.
