Job Description
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate quality standards for raw materials, processes, and finished products
- Manage the implementation of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and ISO 22000
- Ensure production processes comply with quality procedures
- Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the QC team
- Lead internal audits and support external audits
- Manage investigations of rejected products, customer complaints, and non-conformances
- Ensure complete quality documentation and QC records
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry QC field, with a minimum of 2-3 years as Head QC.
- Understanding of quality management systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, etc.
- Able to operate laboratory equipment and understand test methods.
- Possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Meticulous, assertive, and responsible.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra
