Job Description
1. Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve sales target
2. Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals
3. Monitoring and analyzing team performance
4. Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers
Job Requirement
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major
- At least 4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
- Experienced in leading team
- Excellent analytical skill & communication skill
- Willing to be placed in all Sumatra area
